• Planning: Evaluate demand on transportation of university students and staff regardless of their place of living. Plan shuttles according to university timetable, students’ and teachers’ lessons.
• Implementation: Establish motorbike services according to the planned routes and launch a mobile app for real-time shuttle information. Utilize GPS tracking for shuttles and a shuttle scheduling app to provide real-time updates to users.
• Monitoring: Constant check on motorbike usage and update routes based on data. Deploy real-time tracking software to monitor shuttle locations and used motorbike numbers.
• Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness and efficiency of the motorbike services. Use feedback and grading tools of the app.
