CONDITION 1. 2022-2023 Academic Year, Decision 1 of the Academic Council

According to the decision of the Academic Council, children from families included in the "Iron Notebook," graduates of orphanages and children’s villages, students who have lost both parents, students under guardianship, children from families included in the "Unified Social Protection Register," as well as students listed in the "Youth Notebook," "Women’s Notebook," and "Compassion Notebook" will receive a 50% discount on dormitory fees and will have the opportunity to reside in the dormitory.

Students with disabilities are exempt from dormitory fees.

Additionally, at the initiative of the university's rector, a competition titled "Best Model Dormitory" will be held every quarter. Students whose rooms earn this title will receive a certificate from the rector. If a certified room is awarded a second time, its residents will receive a 50% discount for the following academic year. For a third-time award, they will receive a 75% discount, and for a fourth-time award, they will be allowed to stay in the dormitory free of charge.
